This “Swaraswati” [The Beginning Ritual Prayer of Maruni] is a ritual offering song to goddess Swaraswati, ultimate goddess of the Knowledge, Music and Art. It is specially sung in the beginning of “Maruni Naach” keeping nature, lives and families in front of goddess Swaraswati to requests for peace and prosperity as a blessing.

During nomadic time, Shikari [A Hunter in The Himalayas] killed a Yellow Dove, and his karma began.
